CollabEd is built for educators. These guidelines ensure our community stays safe, respectful, and focused on what matters: growing together.

1. Lead With Respect

Engage in professional, constructive dialogue. Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or inflammatory behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Protect Students and Colleagues

Do not post photographs, videos, or identifying information of students or minors. Do not share confidential school, personnel, or employment information. When in doubt, protect privacy.

3. Share Responsibly

Post content you have the right to share. Cite sources when appropriate. Avoid spreading misinformation. This is a professional space.

4. No Recording Without Permission

Live discussions and events may not be recorded or redistributed without explicit permission from CollabEd and all participants involved.

5. Keep It Professional

CollabEd is not a space for political campaigning, spam, or commercial solicitation unrelated to educator growth.

6. Participation Looks Different for Everyone

You do not need to post frequently to belong here. Listening counts. Reflecting counts. Quiet engagement counts.

7. Moderation

CollabEd reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if guidelines are violated. Our goal is not punishment. It is protection of the community.
